過去的春夢was originally recorded in the 1956 album "過去的春夢" by 柔雲. This song originated as the 1953 English song "I Really Don't Want to Know" by Eddy Arnold, however, the most well known recording was probably by married couple Les Paul and Mary Ford. Lyrics written by 李瑞成/李潔心. In 1965, Japanese 菅原洋一(すがわらよういち) also sang "知りたくないの", the Japanese equivalent written by なかにし礼.
