COUPLE AWARDED $31,000 FOR COMMUNICATING ONLY WITH MY M&M'S® FOR 31 STRAIGHT DAYS IN MY TREASURED MOMENTS CHALLENGE Jennifer Farina and Ryan Donlon Break Their Month-Long Vow of Silence in Ceremony Today MY M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies today awarded Ryan Donlon and Jennifer Farina from Philadelphia, PA with $31,000 for successfully completing the MY Treasured Moments: Connecting and Communicating with MY M&M'S® Challenge. Ryan and Jennifer spoke their first words to each other and broke their month-long vow of sweet silence in Franklin Square, in center city Philadelphia, marking the official end to their thirty-one day challenge. Last spring, MY M&M'S® searched for one couple to communicate with only MY M&M'S® for a total of 31 days. After reviewing more than 300 entries, Ryan and Jennifer were chosen for their unique story and passion for MY M&M'S®. The couple took their vow of silence on June 26, 2007 outside City Hall in Philadelphia, PA. During their month of silence, consumers were able to go to www.mymms.com/win to follow Ryan and Jennifer as they created fun and emotional connections through MY M&M'S®. This is the first time in MY M&M'S® history that consumers were encouraged to participate in a virtual "reality" challenge.
