29 y/o Skoda ready to go in 4 minutes - not an emergency car :)

I have to do tricks with the choke and the pedal to keep the car running... outer temp is 9°C... This car is not in a daily use, the last time it was started before this video is one week ago. I can't afford renting a garage, so I keep it in the street. What regularity do you suggest to start the engine for a car like this? ... old skoda start
