22 killed in Tal Afar, Iraq car bombing
A car bomb exploded in the Northern Iraqi city of Tal Afar killing at least 22 people on Friday. The bombing comes only 1 day after attacks in Sadr City, Baghdad killed 200 people. ABC's Sonya Crawford has more.
