Despite the performance by Kanye West and Jay-Z and Lady Gaga dressed as her male alter-ego, Joe, the 2011 MTV VMAs were all about the females. It was a big night for Britney Spears, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Adele, Nicki Minaj, and Beyonce -- who announced she was pregnant.
