Terminated news writers and supporters yell loudly, part 1. This is fast video from a rally held in front of the News-Press building at Plaza De La Guerra on Tuesday, 06 February 2007. The current and former employees and their supporters were outraged after 6 respected writers were terminated by Santa Barbara News-Press for being "disloyal" through their participation in the display of a banner as part of standard labor union activities related to the ongoing desire of the employees to negotiate with the newspaper employer following their 85% unionization vote in September 2006.
