1996 Grand Prix SE 3100 Hesitation and top end noise

Driving down the street with hestitation and top end noise.. from when i start driving to 3:00 mins when i turn around right a 3 mins it hesitates and has no power... and in the clanking and loud noises are the rear struts. as they r bad.. lol If you have a computer speaker system with a sub you can hear the hesitation real good.. If just regular speakers turn it up loud to hear it.. Notice the parts car to the left?? Look at the other video let me know what you see?
