(NECN) - Since man put motor to wheel, he has been compelled to see just how fast he could go. More than 300 of them will, along with a few motorcycles, round the four turns at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway this weekend. The vintage celebration is a display of american mechanical wonder. Many of the cars were record setters in their hayday. There is a Dean Van Lines special that comes from the collection of former speedway owner Bob Bher. In 1961 it qualified at Indy at 145.6 miles per hour. NECN's Lauren Collins reports from Loudon, New Hampshire.
