China Report has more. PKG A quarry landslide occurred on Monday afternoon in the village of Luojiang, in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Rocks and mud surged down rain-soaked hills, and engulfed the quarry's makeshift dormitory with great force. According to the local officials, the workers are buried 10 meters under the surface. It meant rescue efforts were difficult. They say the search will not stop until all missing workers are located. SOUNDBITE (CHINESE) HE QISHI, ENGINEER: "The landslide was mainly caused by days of continuous, heavy rainfall. About 1,000 geological disasters occur in Guangxi every year."
