(NECN) - NECN meteorologist Tim Kelley is calling for gradual clearing in North Country tonight with mostly cloudy skies only very slowly breaking elsewhere, lows in the 30s and 40s. Wednesday any early clouds will give way to sunshine, highs in the middle 50s, on average.
