100 Nations to Sign Cluster Bomb Ban

Representatives of some 100 countries have been meeting in Oslo, Norway to sign a treaty banning cluster bombs. Cluster bombs contain hundreds of smaller explosives; unexploded cluster bombs can remain deadly long after a conflict has ended. But as Leta Hong Fincher reports, the United States and some other world powers have refused to sign the treaty.
