(NECN) - Meteorologist Tim Kelley says tonight will be continued cloudy south, partly to mostly cloudy north. Drizzle in eastern parts of Southern New England. Lows generally in the middle to upper 30s, 20s North Country. North to northeast wind at 5-15 mph, but 15-25 mph with gusts to 35 mph on Cape Cod. Minor coastal flooding possible on east facing coasts at high tide. read more
