The report claimed that the capsules sent to South Korea from China are made from the flesh of dead babies and are now being used as stamina boosters.China Daily newspaper quoted Deng Haihua, spokesman of the ministry, as saying that China has strict rules on disposal of infant and fetal remains as well as placentas.
