It's in a move to attract more public attention to the cause. China Report has the story. PKG A statement published on the Ministry of Civil Affairs' website says people can post their advice for the draft guideline by midnight on July 13th. According to the draft, the country will step up efforts to introduce and amend laws and regulations that manage donations and voluntary services, as well as the registration of non-governmental organizations, private non-enterprise units and foundations. The draft guideline says the government will further support charity organizations with their principal role in carrying out fund-raising activities.
