China Report has more. PKG Han Qunfeng was convicted of murder by a local court in the city of Dongguan on Tuesday. She was found to have given her twin sons sleeping pills before drowning them in the bathtub on November 20, 2010. According to the court, after drowning her sons, Han attempted to kill herself by drinking pesticide. Han Qunfeng was once a white-collar in the city. She gave birth to the twin boys in 1998. Unfortunately, the twins were soon diagnosed with cerebral palsy, a kind of brain disease. The court said Han didn't gave up her duty to raise the children and treat their disorder.
