A 10-year national survey on the nation's museums have allowed cultural authorities to compile information on the country's cultural relics into a single digital archive. The database boasts more than 1.6 million entries with more than 3.8 million pictures, covering almost every cultural relic in the country's museums. According to the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, the name, age, size, weight and level of priority in terms of protection of any given relic can be easily found in the database.
