He says that the two countries should step up inter-parliamentary cooperation. Wu made the pledge during talks with his Angolan counterpart Antonio Paulo Kassoma. He said the two parliaments should further boost cooperation. Wu praised the recent growth of the bilateral relations, noting that the strategic partnership established last year between the two had powered ties to a higher level. On his part, Kassoma expressed his commitment to cementing inter-parliamentary exchange and cooperation at various levels and forms. He also thanked China for its support in helping Angola restore peace and promote reconstruction. Wu arrived in Angola on Sunday.
