Businesses qualifying for such tax benefits should offer at least 25 percent of their full-time jobs to the handicapped. In addition, the China Disabled Persons' Federation on Sunday announced a project to offer 1 million more jobs to the disabled in the next five years. The federation also pledged to help disabled people start and run their own businesses. Sunday was the 21st national day for helping the disabled. There're around 83 million disabled people in China.
