Farmers in drought-stricken Mexico are hailing a new, locally-developed water technology that's keeping their crops alive during conditions that would normally kill them. The system, conceived and developed by a Mexico City chemical engineer, employs similar technology to that used in modern diapers. Tara Cleary reports.
