Western envoys have been warned they will be thrown out of Zimbabwe after the country's embattled Government accused them of supporting an opposition campaign to force President Robert Mugabe from power. Yet Zimbabwean government officials are due to attend the EU talks despite sanctions which mean they are meant to be banned.
