Zane and Brook plan romantic getaway

Billy Zane is planning to whisk fiancée Kelly Brook off to Ibiza for a romantic holiday.It has been reported that the Titanic star wants to spend some 'quality time' with the actress and model.The couple famously split when Zane apparently told Brook he wasn't ready to settle down.After realising the error of his ways they got back together and made a very public outing at this year's Cannes FIlm Festival.They met on the set of thriller Three in Greece in 2004 and their relationship has been subject to a lot of media speculation.
