You Let it Happen to ME

Chickens, pigs, cows, turkeys, fish, and occasionally ducks fall in the same category - stupid, dimwitted, "can't feel pain", and most of all, FOOD! Their lives consist of abnormal growth by hormones injected in their body, or force-feeding or downing of the ducks. It is not strange to walk into a slaughterhouse and hear screams of pigs or chickens. Cows endure the pain as their natural instinct is to not reveal any signs of being hurt as it can attract predators. Every living being can feel pain. What humans do not know of is their real lives, crammed in tiny spaces, never to see the sunlight again, and killed. Egg- laying hens face one of the most abusive torture ever: 6 or 5 hens crammed in a cage of very small sizes, not even enough for one to spread its wing, and lays an abnormal amount of eggs past its capacity- nearly one egg a day, 300 eggs an year.
