Yacktman Calls InBev Offer for Anheuser 'Intriguing'

Donald Yacktman, who oversees $1 billion as president of Yacktman Asset Management, talks with Bloomberg's Julie Hyman about InBev NV's $46.4 billion unsolicited offer to buy Anheuser-Busch Cos., the U.S. maker of Budweiser, to gain half of the U.S. beer market and overtake SABMiller Plc as the world's biggest brewer by volume. Anheuser-Busch said in a statement that its board will evaluate the proposal "in due course." Yacktman Asset Management owns about 124,000 shares of Anheuser-Busch. (Source: Bloomberg)
