Worst NFL Injuries: Joe Theismann's Leg Broken by Lawrence Taylor

Redskins QB Joe Theisman's leg is literally snapped in half by Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor. Retrospective with comments from older Theisman and Giants players on the field. Some claimed LT was celebrating for ruining Washington's play when he pops up right away and starts waving his arms, but as the commentators correctly observe, LT was calling for the medical staff to get on the field ASAP because he saw Theisman's gruesomely contorted leg. Theisman never played football again.
