Woman Who Called 911 In Richmond Rape Speaks Out
Police in Richmond admit that not all teenagers or adults would do what 18-year-old Margarita Vargas did on the night of October 24th. She called 911 to notify authorities a teenager had been raped. Allen Martin reports.
