Sen. Barack Obama appeared on the "Today" show with his wife Michelle this week, hoping to move the national dialogue from Obama's controversial pastor Jeremiah Wright, to less "divisive" issues. Problem is, there shouldn't be any "moving on" from the topic - it's a major election issue. Beyond the sensationalism of it all - the connection (and Obama's early refusal to denounce Wright's hatred words) speaks volumes about the character and leadership abilities of the Illinois senator.
