Whole Foods Recipe, Brunch Egg Casserole

4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted and cubed 1 lb. ground spicy sausage, browned 1 c. chopped vegetable mixture 1 c. shredded cheese 6 eggs, beaten 1 tsp mustard 2 c. cream brown sausage with vegetables. layer bread, meat mixture and other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 350 F and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool 30 minutes before serving for best results.
