To make this exercise easier you can perform the biceps curls at the top of the lunge. It is far superior to perform like this video with your biceps curl coming at the bottom stabilization part of the lunge. Always perform lunges with your front knee directly above your ankle, this will minimize the stress on your patellofemoral joint and minimize the chance of overuse injury. The lunge is best used as a full lower body exercise with your weight bearing equally on both legs.
