Vital Legislation Still Awaits State Senate Chaos

The Albany chaos continues with another special Senate session called by Gov. Paterson was over almost as soon as it began. As Republicans and Democrats fight for control, vital legislation still waits the Senate. CBS 2's Jay Dow has more.
