I hope sound is enough to hear. Ask me a question if you can't understand. I flat ironed my hair and did a trim. Much better experience than my previous flat iron...if you have seen the vid, you know. My hair has grown so much. Its still big flat ironed but its nice to have straight hair for a bit...i can honestly say i miss it some. I explain the products in the vid and the process i used.
