VARIOUS: Big night at the U.S. Weekly 'Fresh 15' party as Paris Hilton preps for world tour while Christina Aguilera gets ready to put director's cap on

Singers Paris Hilton and Christina Aguilera showed blonde star power on the arrival line of U.S. Weekly magazine's "Fresh 15" 'Who is hot in Hollywood' party Thursday (September 21). Others on the Fresh Face 15 list included Kristin Bell, Jaime Pressly, Sarah Silverman, Ludacris, Cheyenne, Kevin Connolly, and Jenna Fischer. Hilton has worn many hats from actress, model, singer, writer, designer, and all around businesswoman and is taking on her next biggest feat -- a world tour promoting her disc 'Paris." "Yeah, I am really excited, we have been rehearsing the past couple weeks and my dancers are getting everything ready so I am really excited for it. I am going to Milan, and Munich, and Paris, London, and Dubai, Venice everywhere," Hilton told Reuters the day before she boarded a plane to start her tour. Hilton is best known for her hit reality show "The Simple Life" with one-time best friend Nicole Ritchie, and a sex video that showed up on the Internet. Her next video, more mainstream, called "Nothing in this World," was directed Scott Speer and shot in Los Angeles on September 5th and 6th. "It was a lot of fun, we did a take on the girl next door and my girlfriend Elisha Cuthbert, who was in that movie, did a cameo so it was a lot of fun. It is basically this little boy's fantasy of me and then all of a sudden I move as his next door neighbour so its just basically a really fun video," Hilton said. Aguilera was named "Hot Hollywood Star of the Year," by the magazine and the Grammy winning singer was all excited about taking on her new project as director which will happen on Friday (September 22). "Although I have had a lot of input on all my videos, tomorrow I am actually getting my name credited as co-director with Floria Sigismondi who actually did my "Fighter" video from the last record so it's wonderful working with a strong amazing female who gets my vision and my ideas and it will be very beautifully done circus piece so it's very interesting," Aguilera told Reuters. The video is for her new single "Hurt" from the 25-year-old songstresses new double album, "Back to Basics." This is English album number three for the re-invented Aguilera, who has sold more then 25 million records world-wide, and who made her debut on the scene seven years ago. Aguilera plans to kick-start the album by playing a limited number of intimate U.S. jazz clubs, followed by a European tour that will include private showcases in London and Paris. A full-scale U.S. tour will start next year.
