USA: US military accuses Iran of funding terrorism in Iraq

The diplomatic rift between the US and Iran has intensified after further allegations the Islamic state is funding terrorism in Iraq. Coalition forces claim they have a "growing body of evidence" that Iranian weapons are being used to kill soldiers. Meanwhile, Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said his country will not give up its uranium enrichment. His remarks come just days before a UN Security Council deadline demanding they stop their nuclear programme.
