USA: Former Ku Klux Klan killing/ man in court:

It's a chilling reminder of one of the darkest chapters in US history. Across the Deep South throughout the 50s and 60s, black Americans were fighting for their civil rights against organised racism. During that struggle many innocent people were killed in violent attacks by the infamous Ku Klux Klan. Bringing the killers to justice has proved difficult - but, after 40 years, one family is finally getting their day in court.
