USA: A New York City restaurant comes under fire after video showing it over-run with rats circulates widely.

Video shot through the windows of a popular fast food restaurant, Kentucky Fried Chicken /Taco Bell in New York City horrifies diners as it shows scores of rats scurrying around on the dining floor. Video filmed through the window of a New York City fast food restaurant showed the floor infested with rats after-hours. Horrified passers-by outside a Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) /Taco Bell located in the West Village, Manhattan eatery saw a number of rats scurrying around on the restaurant floor while it was closed. One customer Efrain Soto said on Friday (February 23), "I don't think I would eat here again." According to the New York City Health Department Web site, the KFC/Taco Bell restaurant has been cited for rat or mice problems four times in the past three years. In March, the restaurant was cited for 14 violations, including inadequate personal cleanliness; evidence of roaches or live roaches present in the facility's food; and evidence of mice or live mice present in the facility's food and/or non-food areas. gc/jrc
