US officers 'failed Dugard'

Parole officers interviewed the man accused of kidnapping Jaycee Dugard some 60 times without realising anything was wrong, a report has said.The report said Phillip Garrido, who was on parole for rape, had wrongly been classified as low-risk, while corrections officials had missed dozens of chances to discover Dugard and her daughters.Rajesh Mirchandani reports from Los Angeles.
