Totti told reporters at a news conference at Manchester United's Old Trafford ground that Tuesday's (April 10) quarter final second leg was the biggest match of his career. Totti added that he was not absolutely sure to play in the match. He said: First of all I am more worried about my leg than about the match. At the moment I am trying to recover because I haven't played for three, four days, I've got this small problem behind my thigh. Of course this match is very important and as a supporter of AC Rome I am more concerned about this match than the one we faced during the World Cup. " Totti is expected to play despite sciatic nerves problems. The 30-year-old Roma captain has been named in the Serie A side's squad for the crunch clash. Simone Perrotta is suspended for the tie and is likely to be replaced by Peruvian midfielder David Pizarro. Roma coach Luciano Spalletti will be without injured Max Tonetto for the match. Spalletti admitted that the loss of Tonetto was a big blow and agreed with remarks by United boss Sir Alex Ferguson that his absence - along with the home side's suspended midfielder Paul Scholes - could have a big effect on the game. Daniele De Rossi, Alessandro Mancini, Cristian Chivu and Christian Panucci were all rested at the weekend for Saturday's 2-0 win over Catania but should return against United on Tuesday. Roma lead the tie 2-1.
