Unemployment on the rise in Dubai - 6 Mar 09

In an effort to address the global economic slowdown, Dubai's government recently declared it illegal to fire an Emirati while retaining a foreigner for the same job. But locals say some companies are violating the decree, and Emiratis are increasingly finding themselves unemployed. Al Jazeera's Owen Fay reports.
