Turkey launches Kurd reform plans
A peace plan to try to end the conflict in the mainly Kurdish south-east of Turkey has been launched by the country's interior minister.Critics of the plan, which includes allowing the use of the Kurdish language, are split between those who consider the Kurds terrorists and those who say the reforms do not go far enough.Emma North reports.
