Trooping the Colour 2008

The Queen takes the salute at her birthday parade in 2008. The 1st Battalion, Welsh Guards troops their colour. Also present are the Duke of Edinburgh (Colonel, Grenadier Guards), the Prince of Wales (Colonel, Welsh Guards), the Duchess of Cornwall, the Earl of Wessex, the Countess of Wessex, the Princess Royal (Colonel, Blues and Royals and Gold Stick in Waiting), the Duke of Gloucester, the Duchess of Gloucester, and the Duke of Kent (Colonel, Scots Guards).
