You have rights as an air passenger You're off tomorrow! But whether you're going on holiday or on a business trip, the European Union has ensured that all air passengers now have certain rights when it comes to information about flights and reservations, for example. You may be entitled to assistance or compensation if your flight is delayed or cancelled, if you are denied boarding or have an accident, if your luggage is damaged or if you have had difficulties with a package holiday. Disabled people or those with reduced mobility are also entitled to receive free assistance on aircraft and in EU airports as well as fair and non-discriminatory treatment.
