TRANSPORT: Speed cameras: Eurpoean Court of Human Rights court case

Two motorists who have taken the government to the European Court of Human Rights, claimed that speed cameras violate their human rights. Idris Francis and Gerald O'Halloran claim that laws forcing car owners to state who was behind the wheel of a vehicle flashed for speeding - breach the right to silence. The government says it will "vigorously" defend current motoring rules
