TRANSPORT: First Capital Connect rated worst for passenger satisfaction

London's rail commuters are having a terrible time on the network. The capital's services are reportedly among the worst - with one of our lines coming bottom of the list. First Capital Connect was rated worst for passenger satisfaction, and that's just a year after taking over from Thameslink. The company says it is working to improve things.
