Top of the Podsafes: The February 2007 videocast

A message from Mike Yuti about Bum Rush The Charts: A movement has been started by a number of us podcasters and I'm hoping that as fans of music, music podcasters, musicians and friends that you guys will please check out the website below. It's pretty self explanatory but if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. There's also a short promo in my feed as well as a number of other podcasters that will explain it in much more colorful terms. Now, if you're a musician, you may read this and think, "Hey, why not me"? All I can say is that if it works this first time, we'll be doing this again so in fact, why not you? Having been in a band myself it's hard to worry about others success, but please try to look beyond the band we've chosen and look at the bigger picture. That's all I can ask of you. Again, any questions, please contact me. We need as much support as possible and as I say in my promo at ucpod.podshow.com if you record your own promo for the movement and don't have your own feed, I'll play it on my show and send you a sticker. We're deadly serious about making this happen. If you are in fact interested please email me directly and let me know so I can throw your name onto my list. The important thing to keep in mind is that the podcasters involved are getting nothing out of this other than some satisfaction in knowing that we can be a power to be reckoned with as well as knowing that all income generated by the link we've set up to itunes will go to a charitable cause.
