Tom Raftery of Redmonk on Electricity 2.0

We first met with Tom Raftery after he launched the Cork Internet eXchange datacentre in Ireland. We caught up with him again at the Web 2 Expo in Berlin to get his views on electicity 2.0 and sustainability practices. Tom's recommendations?
