Presidential hopefuls McCain and Obama attended the private service at Georgetown's Holy Trinity Catholic Church as did a who's who of news network anchors, reporters, politicians and celebrities. Tim's son Luke presented the eulogy, challenging everyone to love their families as much as Tim Russert loved his. TV cameras were not allowed in the private ceremony. A public service was held at the Kennedy Center. Tom Brokaw gave a moving eulogy for the much missed political broadcaster. TV cameras were permitted to film.
