Tibetans detained in embassy protest

It's the first time demonstrators have managed to get close to the Chinese embassy since security was stepped up last month. Nepal has now threatened more crackdowns if exiles continue to carry out protests against China. Meanwhile, in Beijing, paramilitary troops have been issued a mobilisation order to ensure a trouble-free Olympics.
