Thousands Prep For Jackson Memorial

Organizers are putting the finish touches on a spectacular show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Thousands of Michael Jackson fans have been collecting their tickets all day. But not everyone is upbeat. CBS 2's Karen Brown is live.
