Theatre play beamed around globe

Dominic Cooper is starring as Hippolytus alongside Helen Mirren in the National Theatre's Phedre.The production is being broadcast live to 73 cinemas across the UK and a total of 270 around the world, as part of a new initiative being piloted at the national called NT LIVE.The idea is that National Theatre productions can be broadcast to audiences that could not get to the theatre itself.
