And now 'Public Interest immunity' "We have been sloppy and inefficient; there has been a catalogue of errors; the summons was incorrect (FALSIFIED?; your registration number was wrong (PERJURY?)This occurred in the statements of two officers (PERVERTING JUSTICE?); you were not issued with a HORT1, as per PC's statement (FALSE WITNESS EVIDENCE?) and the D/Superintendents letter was incorrect (ALTERING SUBORDINATES REPORT?)etc,etc,etc. (Avon & Somerset Police) This video clip withheld from the courts following police 'doctoring' video evidence, was obtained years after the victim (driver) was convicted of obstruction. 11:19:58; Target vehicle appears, roof first, ascending incline white LGV. (1 mile from camera) Police evidence; "I was not actually sighting the camera on a speeding vehicle. The reason, the defendant was slowing the traffic down and waving his arm out of the vehicle and therefore obstructing me" Chief Constable, Avon and Somerset Police Show my peers, from this 'withheld' video footage, the arm waving 'alleged' to have caused obstruction, the reason for the speed camera being turned off-road ("not actually sighting")?
