The Joker: A Tribute to Heath Ledger
This video is a tribute to Heath Ledger's portrayal of The Joker in the upcoming Batman film, The Dark Knight. When it was announced that Heath Ledger would be cast as the Joker in 2006 I was very sceptical, like many others, if he was the right choice for the role. But when the first official image appeared on the internet in early 2007 all my doubts were blown away by the amazing and horrifying direction that they taking this iconic character, and probably the greatest villian in history. As more and more footage and voice snippets were released I was assured that Ledger had surely made this role his own.
